Went to Dr. Pohl's seminar.

I went to the seminar last night. It was cool to see the video. I am a little bit overwhelmed with some things I have to do to get the ball rolling. I have to do a 6 month diet for my insurance. I have to call my doctor to set that up. I am not understanding if I need to get referrals to go to the people Dr. Pohl wants me to go to for tests. Any one out there have Neighorhood Health Plan of RI? Could you tell me what processes you had to go through? Thank you, Jamice

I was there too. I'm sorry I did not reply to your e-mail after I had decided that I was going to go, because I did not know if I would chicken out. I do not have your insurance so I am not sure what you should do first, but I would imagine that going to your primary physician would be a good way to start. Let me know how it's going. I'm concerned because I currently have Healthmate Coast to Coast but I'm being switched to United Health on March 1st. I don't know how that will impact things. Do you have a consultation date? I already called and got mine, it's in June!!!

I went to my primary and she referred me to a nutritionist for a diet. I have to be on a diet for 6 months. And I asked her about the tests I need to do. She told me that they will book them from Dr. Pohl's end. So I will have to call over there to find out. Since I am no hurry because I have to be on a 6 month diet I figure I will just wait until I have my consult in May to ask about scheduling the others. Well maybe. LOL I wasn't expecting to see the videos, were you?
