6 month visit

Was at doctors today for my six month checkup. He was very happy with my Iorn level and the rest of my lab work. I am down to 344lbs so my total weight loss is 162lbs since surgery, i have been getting back to the gym more regular so that helps will talk to you all later.

Dave, That is fantastic!!!!! Keep up the great work. I hope someday to have the surgery but ran into a problem with the stress test coming back positive. I am going into the hospital Thurs the 16th to have a Cardiac Catheterization. Hopfully that will show what is wrong with my heart. Then I can get cleared for surgery. I hope to meet you some day, I am trying to get Cheryl to go to a support meeting with me one of these months. Claudia
