3 month update
11/04/05 I saw the doctor today for my 3 month check up he was very impressed with my weight loss i am know down to 396Lbs that is 110 total since surgery and 139Lbs down from my heavyest. The only thing wrong is my iorn is a little low and have to take some iorn pills but other than that every thing is fine. Work is work and my stolen car was found and is being fixed.
