i have a sleep apena test...

i have a sleep apena test tommrow. what can i expect?

Hey I live in Pascoag too! The sleep apnea test involves spending the night at the testing center (are you going to a certain hospital?). They have you go in sometime in the evening (I had to be there for 8pm but it can vary). They hook you up to at least 10 million wires and patches. And then they want you to sleep. LOL. This test is pretty easy compared to some of them since it doesn't hurt, but it is annoying to try and sleep with all that stuff attached to you while someone is watching you on a monitor. I felt like I didn't sleep, that I just tossed and turned all night. Then in the morning around 5am or so they get you up and disconnect you and send you on your way. Good luc****ep us posted! Megan
