Things are moving along!

Hello evveryone... I had my endoscopy yesterday and everything went fine. The doc wants me on nexium so thats what I'll do! I called dr. pohl's office today and I have my second consult on October 7th. Wow....are things going fast for me or what? I'm getting nervous but I'm at the point where I want this done as soon as possible so I can get back to life. Well, actually...so I can start my new life! Wow, how cool. You have to be excited. You should get your surgery date soon. Maybe even in October. I wish you all the best. Things are going pretty good here. I weigh in with Dr. Phol on Thrusday so I will know how good then. Keep up the great work.... Shannon

Congrats Megan! I got a date within 3 weeks of my second consult. Dr Pohl wants you on the semi-liquid diet for two weeks. (Two shakes and dinner) Pat

Oh my..... I'm going to ******vous wreck if he schedules me for surgery that soon! I'm still having a hard time with my primary's office staff. They just can't grasp the idea of what type of referrals I need for the surgery and the pre-tests! I have left messages (because you can never speak to an actual staff person) and I never hear back from them. I called them again today and told them that I needed all of my referrals before the 1st of the month! Grrrr... Can't wait for this to be over with! Thanks for all of the support guys! Megan B
