When you were on Stage 2 of the diet plan (Dr Phol's patients) what were some of the things you ate? I am going on day 10 being post-op and I was wondering what some people ate and how much? I have this feeling that I am just not eating enough. Even in the past with other weight loss things I always tend to not eat enough for fear of eating to much, if that makes any sence... Shannon

Hi Shannon, I've found yougart, lactaid, and lactaid cottage cheese to be the staples for me. I have been counting and concentrating on my protein grams more so than the amount I eat. We fee like we are not eating much because of the drastic change in the amount of food we are able to consume. Just remember that you have a teeny tiny pouch now, so it doesn't take much to fill it. You know when you are full and have had enough, just pay attention to that and you will be fine. Adjust your volume to how you feel, and if you haven't had enough, then wait and get back to your food later when you feel you can tolerate more. It takes a LONG time to eat, be patient with yourself. Hope you are feeling well otherwise, I will be dropping you a note soon. Kriss
