OK OK I ADMIT IT

Alright i have to admit it i didnt think it would happen to me but after swearing i wouldnt be one of THOSE people and for this i apologize what may you ask is one of THOSE people well i had my surgery on jan 5th i had lap- band surgery from dr pohl and i have lost 80 lbs so far i have been absent from the boards and i have to say i feel guilty because i was on all the time before and after been have been away far to long and i swore i would be here for all new people like myself that were researching and just pre and post op and i havent been since the beginning of the summer you know how it is you get caught up in being thinner and enjoying life and such things as shopping for clothes lol well enough of that im back and i see so many new people on this board and the main boards the steam roller known as weight loss surgery and the road to better health just keeps rolling ciao for now all take care ....davet

Thank you david for thinking of us and helping me to keep the faith with my journey. I'm just at the beginning and it helps me to hear from people in our situation. I've had my first consult and September 13th I go for my psych. evaluation. I've already seen a nutritionist and the only thing left is the endoscopy. I'm so desperate to get going with weight loss. My life has been put on hold long enough! Thanks again for sharing and I'm happy for you and your new lease on life! Megan B
