Recipes Needed
Hi everyone,
Well, I've got 11 more days to go!! I have been trying to get everything ready for my husband and the kids, which is a major feat in and of itself.
I have been doing the protein drinks for a while now and I do experiment with different combinations. However, if my husband is going to be mixing them for me, I'd prefer to have a recipe for him to work with.
Do any of you have ant great recipes that you would suggest? If so, can you send them to me?
Also, I really love the "Nectar" brand of drinks - the flavors are great and since I have a low tolerance for milk, they work nicely for me. I know a few people have mentioned cobiming them with Crystal Light. Can you tell me which flavors are good together? Also, what ratio of Crystal Light and protein powder do you use?

I don't have any recipe per se, Jen. But I just throw stuff into the blender that strikes my mood:
egg, yogurt, vanilla extract, handful of frozen fruit, skim milk, protein powder, banana, peanut butter, whatever combination suits me at the moment.
Try experimenting with different things and you'll soon find a combination or two that you love.
