Surgery Date of August 20, 2004

Hello My Fellow RI's, I wanted to introduce myself and let you know I will be having my surgery next week. Dr. Harrington is my surgeon and I am very happy with him and his staff so far. I am nervous, but happy. Scared but at peace with the decision. And looking for any words of encouragement I can find. Shaun

Wow, how great is that? I am glad you came on here before you go into surgery. I don't have him but I hear great things about him. I wish you all the luck. I hope you have a quick and painless recovery. Come back when your a "looser" and keep us posted. Shannon

Hi Shaun! Best of luck to you! You will do just fine. You are in very capable hands. He is a wonderful doctor. He did my sister-in-law's surgery a few weeks ago and I just met with him on the 10th. You made the right decision. I am just waiting for my insurance approval. Feel like I am going to jump out of my skin!!! Keep us up to date on your progress. Denise
