For those of you who just saw him recently and have all your appointments up to date, How long is the wait for the scoping thing that his office schedules? I saw him today and now I am just waiting for them to call me. I was just wondering what to expect.

I got my appt. to see the gastoentologist within 2 weeks (Dr. Azzouz). Dr. Azzouz does his scopes every Friday, so I had my scope done about 1 1/2 weeks after that. Had the results within days. Best of luck! Lisa

I also had a 2 week wait for a scope with Dr. Malik. I had an excellent experience with him a RW.
One thing to note is that Dr. Malik does not require a consultation prior to the scope as some of the other docs to. Your first appt is the scope at the hospital.

Mine was scheduled within two weeks as well w/ Dr Nissensohn (very nice). It's a piece of cake. Your in the home stratch now !!!!! Good luck to you.

Wow, that seems pretty fast. I was thinking a month or 2 but 2 weeks would be great. I just have to wait for the phone call. I guess all that is really left is that exception from my medical.
