What a day

I made my appointment to see Dr Phol in October. They made it for the 31st of May. Well it wasnt until the second week of May that I actually looked at my calander and realized it was on a holiday. So I call Dr. Phol's office. They changed my appointment to today @ 3:!5. I called on Friday to confirm my appointment because no one had called me. I got an ok and was told to come in. I called today to make sure they had all my tests faxed etc. Well guess what???? The lady on the phone proceeded to tell me that they tried calling me on Friday and since they didn't get me they gave my appointment to someone else. I freaked out. I called them, talked to the person on the other end of the phone and got a confirmation. Needless to say I was hysterical. After almost a year I was just pushed aside. This is the first bad experience I have had. Luckily they squeezed me in for Thursday but that isn't the point. I did everything I was suppose to do and because of their error I again didn't get to see him. I had such a migrain after I got off the phone. Even though Elaine was very nice to me it was still hard for me because I have been through a lot and it seemed like finally I was getting some where. So now I see Dr. Phol on thursday. I am calling everyday until Thursday to make darn sure they know I am coming. Shannon

Hi Shannon, Iam so sorry that you have had such a bad experience so far. But please don't let that get you down!!! You are about to change your life forever. I know it seems like things just aren't going your way right now...but they soon will. You will love Dr. Pohl and his staff really is wonderful too. Keep us updated! Lisa P.S. don't be surprised if you wait a long time in his waiting room...almost every appt. with him has been like that for me. Bring something to read! But Dr. Pohl does take his time with you when it is your turn. Best of luck.
