I need a referral..

Hi everyone. I am in dire need of a plastic surgeon. The skin on my thighs is horendous. I can never wear shorts or skirts because of it and my stomach is so awful, it just hangs. I don't want to end up with a quack and I figured you all would know best. I'd like to see at least 2-3 docs for consults. Is there anyone out there whose had work done and loved the results as well as their surgeon? Thanks for the help as always. Love, Cindy
