Track exactly what you take in at Fitday.com. Be honest and put in the exact amounts. Sometimes we think we are eating more but we aren't. If you are eating more then call Dr. Pohl and explain this to him. Are you going to a nutritionist? Do you measure out your foods? Do you drink enough? These are important questions. You should be eating 3 meals a day and a measured amount. The nutritionist should have told you how much. When I talked to her she said 3 oz of protein, 1/2 cup of veggies. Stay away from all white carbs. get your carbs from natural sources like fruits and veggies. Also, when you are hungry in between...drink, drink, drink. Make sure you get at least 64 oz of water. Keep us upated. Joanne
