New to message board

Hi everyone, I am new to the message board, and new to the WLS journey. I am at the very beginning phase, and I got to tell you, as many of you know by reading your stories, the waiting is torture. I suppose I should look at as if it didn't take me overnight to put the weight on, but boy when you want this surgery so bad, it's rough. I just wanted to say hi, and I read some of the stories on this board already, I have a few things to say: 1) To Lisa- my thoughts are with you that everything goes well for you 2) To Joanne- my prayers are with you as well, I've been following your story and hope you are there for me when I'm crawling out of my skin getting closer to my date. 3) To Anthony- congratulations on your milestone, and woo hoo what a hottie you are lol 4) To everyone- my best wishes to all of you for health and happiness ---Ooh and I love the soap opera flair of Emily, maybe it was her evil twin : ) Talk to you soon, Stephanie

Sweetie, welcome to the AMOS family. You'll find here that we can totally relate to anything that you are feeling. We are here for each other. And you can bet I will be supporting you through your journey as you have supported others. Never be afraid to ask us anything. We have all been through it or know someone who has. And a sense of humor is always welcome. I got a laugh out of your comment about the soap opera stuff. Hmmm...evil twin.....maybe it was her father, transgendered into a woman posting as her long lost sister that was kidnapped by aliens and fathered a whole colony that is living inside the earths core.
