Weight Loss Update.

Hello everyone just thought I would sure some great news with all of you.... I am down from 427 to 235 pounds... I feel great and I have lost 192 pounds. My operation was on 11-12-02... Good luck to all with there journeys.... Anthony P.S. Ladies I am single!!!!!!!

The weight loss slows down a bit eventually.. I lost just about six pounds between November 23rd and January 19th..
