The wait continues

I just called Dr. Pohl's office to see about the status on my approval. First time I called, the insurance said that they needed my clinicals. Jannette said this was a good thing because that means that they are reviewing things. She just called them today and now they are saying that they need my psche eval because they didn't receive it. Jannette said that she sent it in the first time but you know how insurances go. She gave me hope though. Said that I should here something this week. She said that she was getting on the butts of a few insurance companies that are taking their sweet time and mine was one of them. So the wait continues. Joanne
