What does Dr. Pohl make you do before surgery?

What kind of prep does Dr. Pohl have you do before surgery? I have read a lot of things with other docs. Some have to be on a liquid diet for a few days, some enemas, some have to drink this fleet stuff, some don't have to do that. Any info would be appreciated.

there is a battery of test. His office can give you a list. sleep, gaul bladder, stress, endoscopy, psych, diet doc etc.. But as far as prep right before...he asks that you try to loose 10 lbs but the surg is not contingent on it. I just got my date on thurs 11/6 and he gave me no specific prep except no food or drink after midnight the night before.
