Plastic Surgeon recommendations?

Hi all! I'm Sandy, from Cumberland, RI and I'm 13 1/2 months out and 165 pounds lost. It's time for me to start thinking about plastic surgery. I have a few questions for this group. 1) Anyone with Harvard Pilgrim have any luck getting their tummy tuck (or even more) covered? When I had my RNY I had Blue Cross and I'm not sure if this will make Harvard less likely to cover the resulting plastic surgery. 2) Anyone have any experience with any of the following surgeons: Dr. Edstrom, Dr. Patrick Sullivan, Dr. Altenheim, Dr. Zienowicz, Dr. Weinzweig - all of Providence. Or Dr. Ira Rex of Fall River, Dr. Elliot Lach of Worcester, Woonsocket and Southborough or Dr. Delman or Dr. Schuster of Milford? All of these are on the Harvard list and are closest to me. 3.) Do you have any experience with any other plastic surgeons that you'd like to share? I didn't list Boston plastic surgeons, for example, but I'd be willing to go to Boston if someone has glowing reviews! I'm starting my search with doctors who I know take Harvard but if I can't get approval, I'll expand my search. 4) Anyone have any pictures they'd like to share or know of any websites for local plastic surgeons?
