STILL NOTHING...

Well i called and talked to a supervisor and she said that they have my paper work but they have not gotten to it yet... Ok so what does it take a whole 2 years for approval? This is awful. What do i have to do to jsut get a yes or no.. i dont get it.. Maybe there not approving me yet because im calling alot.. But i explain to them im in need of this and that the longer they wait it seems the more that is going wrong with me... i will hear from the bank wether or not my loan went through, because i applied for a loan so maybe i could just out right pay for the surgery myself than wait till something bad happnes to me... This really bites ass and its horrible ... I know this woman in the town i live in and she has the same insurance as i do and she said it only took her 8 months.. I dont know but whoever has Rite Care of Rhode Island.. ( United Healthcare of New England) get ready for a LONGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG wait for approval... I talked to a lawyer and he said if i dont hear anything by Nov 12 he is gonna call for me....
