Surgery on monday!!!

Getting a little nervous  Any words of wisdom???

Good Luck on Monday.  I am still a pre-Op.  But you are in good hands We have the same surgeon.  I will be waiting to hear how it went.  Good thoughts coming your way.

I dont have  a date yet.  I have to have 3 nut meetings then they will put in for the approval.  I am having my Last meeting today.  I already had my pyche eval.  I am told once the approval comes through it wont take long.  I am so ready to get this done. 

I seen this posting after I read your response to my posting.
Don't be nervous it will be fine, are you getting the band or other?
I was banded July 25 and was out of work 2 weeks ( I took the second week just so I could be on
routine LOL)
I had very little pain except getting up and down from sitting (chairs too low)
I am sure you will do just fine, besides the end results are so worth it!

Im doing the band too!!!I have plenty of sick time so going to use it nd take a month im hoping hell take my galbladder while he is in there he said today if it didnt look too swollen he would soo maybe bothwill be done if im lucky . Are u doing well with food too  looks like that part might be tough to figure out what works and what doesnt. im sure ill be a pro in a month!! talk to you soon.Tell Robin Z that Brenda said Hi

Being nervous is to be expected, it is something we all go through....you are normal to feel nervous....lol.

It has been easy for me, however I have not tried to eat pasta, white bread..too scared..lol
Once you get routine down it is easy, meals take some planning but the pounds melting off are worth it.
I love my band, I am not hungry at all and get full fast!
Will you be at the end of month meeting?
