Psyche Eval

I am hoping some one can help me.  I need to have my Psyche eval done before they can submit for approval,  The surgeons office gave me a couple of names but one is not on my plan and the other is booked through the end of time.  If you can tell me who you went to see I would appreciate.  you can Im me or message me with a name if you don't want to put it on a public forum.

I have called my own doc office but the one they gave me hasn't called back.  There are 200 different ones on my plan but I don't want to pick one I know nothing about.  thank You for any help

I would stick to one that takes your plan. Call them and ask if they have done this type of evaluation. I used one that the Dr's office recomended and I didn't know a thing about who was doing the evaluation. Try to make it as easy as possible, get a copy of the evaluation and work within your insurance.

I am all set had my eval done.  I was able to find one within my plan. Took a few phone calls.  But whew its done.
