Has anyone tried this?  I was given the DVD's as a gift and just did the first workout tonight and really felt it. 

Anyone have any thoughts on it?  Pro or con?

I have not used it but I want to buy it!!  I am in Warwick also!!  I have only heard awesome things about it!!

It was one heck of a good workout.  There is no way I could have finished all 90 minutes before the surgery.  Hopefully this will help me get to where I want to be.
