does anyone have any protein shake receipes? Im kind of getting sick of the same one I've been having for a week now..and I'm only 10 days post op. Thanks!

I dont have any recipes for shakes (because i HATE them) but i've been drinking a lot of isopure drinks. My favorite is the Isopure Plus Alpine Punch. Tastes like light fruit punch. Still has a protein aftertaste in the throat but i felt so much better than the shakes!

Try anywhey protein powder! it is odorless and tasteless and my wife use crystal light pink lemonade with it. you can by it at netrition.com or some gnc's carry it, call first. this protein saved my wife as she hated all of the shakes!
