GAS

REALIZE Band on 02/02/10
OMG any tips on the gas and how to get it OUT. I have been walking around the house all day sitting getting up ect. I have no pain just uncomfortable gas. They tell me this normal but when will it end any tips would be GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The best thing that worked for me was the walking. It helped get it  out pretty quickly..
