almost one year

It is hard to believe that on Dec 30th it will be one year since my surgery!  I have lost over 100 pounds with ZERO complications.  I feel awesome, I have never been sick but I do watch what I eat I would never consider eating a piece of cake!

Congrats on losing over 100 pounds! And so glad to hear you've had no complications!

Any chance you can come to the 'Living Life Group' at Roger Williams next Wednesday, December 16th? It's a post-op group for all WLS and runs 7-9 pm. We meet in the Greene Lounge.

I would love to start going to the support group, my daughter has bball on wed nights..After the bball season is over both my husband and I will be attending he had surgery in May..
I miss going on oh and seeing how everyone is doing!
