Lab list from Dr Roye

Does anyone have the lab requirements from Dr Roye?  I lost my list.  If someone would be nice enough to scan it and email it to me I would really appreciate it!! I just realized I need to have my labs done for my appointment in 2 weeks and with the holiday coming I know the office will not get to it in time!! Thanks to anyone who can help!!  (if your name is on it I can remove it in photo shop so that is not an issue!!!)

C'mon someone has got to have this!!! I can get a fax too, if you would be willing to fax it!!

I don't have it but you have to have it at the lab in the same building, maybe you can go upstairs and get a copy.  They shouldn't give you any problems.  Good luck, I did have one woman that was not very nice at the lab. But there was another woman that had the surgery and was nice.  Sorry, good luck again,

I don't have to have it there but I did not even think of that!! - I did not want to make a trip to his office for just the slip but if I make myself get my labs done there at least there is a purpose!! Great idea!! Thanks!!

I have the lab list - I'll email it to you as soon as I get home from work :)  When is your appointment?  I go 12/4 @ 9 am - will you be there?

Thanks so much!! I would definitely prefer not to have to go there for my labwork - takes less time when I go down near my work!!!

I am not sure of my date - I have it on my work computer - I will check monday, but I think it is the following week... I hope so, I need those labs to get to him in time!!!

I have an appointment with Dr Roye on 12/4 at 11:20.  Cant wait to see what I "weigh in" at then!

Darn Brian - wish we had our appointments closer together so we could say hi :)  Unfortunately, I can't stick around as my mom and I are heading to the mall to Christmas shop form there.  Good luck at your appointment - Can't believe it's been 2 months already!
