november meeting
hi everyone...
now that most of you can put a face to this green m&m.... i just wanted to say ....
i had a great time at the meeting the other night. i am so glad my husband suggested it!!!
it was funny to walk in and both julie and eldy thought i was the speaker for the evening, and didn't recognize me at all!!!! (they were both my angels for my surgery) so that definately gave me a boost!
everyone looks so good, and the numbers are amazing!!! although, that's not what it is all about, it is still mind boggling that we are just dropping the weight everyday! and feeling great about ourselves!!!
i also want to send a big congrats out to julie for getting her certification go ahead!!!!

i wish everyone a happy thanksgiving...
i know this year, i am thankful for not only having this surgery and regaining my life back, but for all my family and friends that have supported me through this journey and that are continuing to be there for me!
(of course, amongst other things, lol)
ok, i think i said enough..lol (as you can see from the meeting i like to chat, lol )

Linda, it was awesome seeing you there! I had such a great time also. I missed last months meeting, and it seems like forever until the next one. The people in the group really become important to you. I love them. I hope you will come regularly. I have missed you. You look sooooo good my friend! It was funny that i didn't recognize you!
