i'm getting close to that 100lbs!!!!
i just hit 90lbs this morning!!!!!! woohooo!!!!!!! i can taste the 100lb mark!! (no pun intended) lol
i can't believe it! it is so surreal to me! to look back and think i lost a small child ...is amazing!
i had no idea my life would be changing like it has been. all for the good of course! i find myself with a new lease on life! i am feeling more confident than ever, and i can BREATHE a huge sigh a relief!!!
ofcourse, i still have about 25 more to go to reach my goal, but i can only imagine the feeling of getting there...just knowing what i know now, and how i feel.... i just want to say, I AM SO HAPPY I MADE THIS DECISION, and will never, ever question why!
so if you are reading this, and thinking about doing it,... all i can say to you is... GO FOR IT!
and for those who have had it done, well.... there is not much more i can say that you aren't probably already experiencing...
did i mention, i love the losers' bench!!!!
hope all is well with everyone!
take good care

About the scales...mine went haywire, or so I thought, after my surgery. First, I had gained, yes GAINED 10 pounds but most of it was from the IV fluids. Once I got that out of my system, I was right back to my weight at surgery date. Then the scales were doing really strange things so I thought it was broke. I figured out (after buying a new scale) that my bathroom floor, which has 12x12 tiles, was not level. Once I placed my scale on a level floor-the kitchen- it works fine!
I love my new scale as it shows that little down arrow every time I get on, letting me know I've lost weight. WOOT WOOT!!!
Try a level spot...that might be the solution.
