5 Years ago today!!! Surgiversary!!!!

Hey yall it was 5 years ago today that I had my GBS!! I cannot believe it has been that long. I started my Journey at 440lbs and today am at 194. I am struggling a little as yall know but am proud to say that I have not re gained any weight!!!! I am below my docs goal of 230lbs and they told me I am good where I am but I say NO..LOL.. I would like to loose 15 to 30 more!!! Well just wanted to post....Hope to see yall next week!! What an Awsome hourney it has been I am sooooooo happy that I took that step!!!!

Congrats to you   Five years out and you are doing amazing, you have inspired me as well and I am looking forward to seeing you at the meeting next week. Don't be so hard on yourself, Remember we are all in this together and I'm glad you can reach out to us for support.  Congratulations on your success.  5 years and holding the line is REMARKABLE and something to be very proud of.  It shows your commitment to lifestyle change and especially with all the stresses in life that are presented to us to continue to hold that line and not revert to far into old habits that is amazing.  You are continued inspiration to me.  I am in awe of so many that have embarked upon this journey before and after me at the possibilities for me seem limitless.  Thanks for showing us what is possible and please lean in for support yourself, it helps us all to help each other.
