hi everyone... it's certainly been awhile since i have posted. i hope all is well . i am hoping to get to a meeting soon to see everyone and all their progress... i bet you are all looking hot hot hot right about now!

the other reason for this post is.... anyone else experiencing a "slow" moving weight loss???  i am now down 85lbs, and it's seems like the last couple of weigh ins, i have been losing1-3 pounds in a 2 week span.... i am certainly grateful for that, but not sure if my body is trying to catch up at this point, or what is going on????
i was thinking of going back to shakes for a week or so, to get a jump on things...and i'm sure it'll help if i got my buttocks off the couch more...lol (it's getting chilly out there...)

having the same issues??? any feedback????  looking forward to hearing from you!!!!

take good care

linda

My weight loss since about 4.5 months has been slow - 1-2 lbs a week. sometimes none.

I have seen my weightloss slow down the last couple of months.  I know I too need to get to working out more though so am hoping that it will help me get going again.
Good luck and hang in there.  Check in with your NUT on wether you need to tweak your diet might be a good idea.  Remember you need to make sure you are getting enough calories so you can loose.  Counterintuitive I know but true just the same!

Hope to see you soon!

Hi Linda!   Yeah, I have been going the that too.  I think I have lost about 4 pounds in about a month.   But, I know I am not working that hard on it.  I am not cheating.  I mean, I still follow the pouch rules and all, but I am not exercising like a should.  I do use the stairs instead of an elevator.  And I do park further out to walk to the store or whatever.  But to actually go for a walk or do formal exercising... not a regular habit.  And THAT will be the trick to get it moving again.  We both know that.  Its doing it that takes the most energy!  Keep the faith!  Its a LIFETIME commitment.  You have a lifetime to lose it.  Not a deadline.  Just keep on going and you'll make it.  Lifestyle changes take time.  We have been doing things are old way for many, many years.  Its going to take more than a few months to change that.  But WE CAN DO IT!!      Love ya!  Eldy
