I got my date

Well I went to my second appt on Tuesday and they said that someone would call me by the end of the week with my date I was a little upset that they did not tell me when I was there..... But they did call me the next morning to tell me that my date is set for Friday Sept 25 at 8 am. I am so excited I can't wait they also weighed me and I am down 11 pounds so far from my last visit. Well just wanted to give a quick update.

That's awesome Deliah! And the pre-surgery weight loss is great! Sept 25 will be here before you know it! Hope you can hit a support group meeting before you have the surgery! The groups are a big help when it comes to any questions you may have!

Jules is there any groups in the Westerly area??  And just a update I have just started the two week diet and I am not as hungry as I thought I would be so now I am just excited and staying focused on the big picture not the little hunger pains I feel...
