Oh I know from prior weight loss experience that the "E" word works, its just getting my butt out there and starting! Id love to come on the Sunday walk at Slater Park. Where do you meet? Newport Ave. entrance or 'round back? I'll have to dig my sneaks out and see if they still fit! lol!
