Yes, there's the 'E' word but it's worth it. Trust me! Just a little walk each day will do your body, mind and soul some good! Just start out for five minutes, then six, then seven....before you know it, you'll be walking 30 minutes and enjoying it too!
We still try to get together every Sunday to walk. Wanna come? Slater Park 11 am.

We meet at the walk/bike path by the river all the way down in back. If you through the newport ave entrance, follow the road straight to the end. we generally park in the lot around the corner to the left.
Saturday is our huge LD picnic, wanna come? If I'm not too sore from doing all that all day Saturday, I'll definitely be there Sunday. Call me if you want!

I don't worry so much about the scales now...I ADORE seeing myself get into those smaller clothes!!
We do still walk on Sundays, as Jules said. With the summer, tho, people have been really busy and not able to make it. Give me a quick call and maybe we can set up another walk time, too. 401-441-2099 (cell).

curves is a great idea. i get in a walk a day, along with something else...like wii fitness, wii active, a bike ride or a pilates tape. once you find a routine that suits you, it's nothing...
