Well-  I am here to report that I am officially more than half way to my goal, I have lost more than 50% of the weight that I wanted to loose and am feeling pretty good about my progress.  I realize I still have a ways to go but am wanting to celebrate these achievements as I go.

I also had the awesome experience of not only going through my thin pants and finding that all but three pairs fit and those should fit real soon too but also getting a true surprise in shopping for a jacket this weekend.  I went into a store I have never been able to shop in but always loved some of their clothing and well I tried on an top and jacket in the size I was wishing to be in....
And IT FIT!!!!   I was so excited, I kept looking n the mirror, asked for several opinions on whether it looked good because I just could not believe what I was seeing in the mirror.  Well I bought the jacket, and two cami's.  What a treat.  It was the best shopping experience I have ever had.

I had brought two sizes into the dressing room figuring I would have to settle on the larger size and was so happy when the smaller one fit.  Now I just need to find one more outfit for a Conference that i am presenting at in a few weeks and I should be good for a while.

Such an awesome experience.  I have not shopped since I started this journey about a year ago and 162 pounds later I have had one great weekend of clothing experiences!  Hoping that others are experiencing the same.

Oh Cynthia!  I am soooo excited for you!!  You have done an AWESOME job!!!  Where else could anyone lose that amount of weight in the time that you have.  It shows such dedication and determination.  And the REWARDS are just inconprehensible to anyone who has not been through it.  I absolutely love your story!  It is such an inspiration!  I hope that those just starting out on their journeys read this and get that feeling in their gut that we all get when we see such success that you have achieved thus far!   I have also found new experiences that I have not expected.  And it is like a dream you don't want to wake up from! And the best part... We won't!!!  Woot Woot!!  Keep up the enthusiasm as it is CONTAGIOUS!!!   Take care!   Eldy

I am so excited for you!!!!  I've always hated shopping and now it's not so bad. Still not one of my favorite things to do but at least I don't hate it.

You need to reward yourself for all that you have achieved so far and set goals for future achievements because there is more to come and you deserve it!
