My Date is finalized!!!!

Hi all

Yesterday my RNY date was confirmed!!!  AUgust 25th!

All tests were perfect except for a calcification area on my gallblader.  SInce I ahve no pain whatsoever, I was told that we should not do anything at all!  Does this sound right??

Hey Lisa! Congratulations!!!!!!   I don't know anything about the gallbladder thing as I had mine out in 1988....but I'd trust the doctors if I were you!   The time will fly!! all of a sudden it will be the night before and you'll be saying..holy crap! (lol)   Its all good!  again...Congrats!

Congradualations on your re-birth date!!!!

What a great day to have your surgery, it is actually my B-Day. Maybe next year we can go out and celebrate it together lol. I'm very excited for you and I think it's great you and your husband are doing this together.

I'm sure that if Dr. Sax feels it's okay for you to keep your gallbladder, it's okay to keep it. However, if you do have concerns about that you really should make sure you tell him during your pre-op appointment, k?
