The first of many milestones!

So I step on the scale this morning and low and behold i have reached my first of many goals.  For the first time in years I am now under 300lbs (42 lbs less since 5/4)!  Sure I may still be 299, but that number starts with a 2 and not a 3!

Next goal...-50 lbs on the radar!

It feels pretty DAMN good doesn't it.....I know it was AMAZING for me as well!  Great work!!
