Just an Update on MY Week

Hey everyone,
  I just got out of two days in the hospital, I had a kidney stone and was dehydrated, am feel more myself today but don't want another week like this again, Hope every ones week was better than mine

Glad to hear you are home and doing well.  Sounds like it must have been a hell of a time.  And Kidney stones are no fun either.  Did they tell you what type of stone - sometimes they tell you the makeup of the stones to help identify how it was caused.  How much liquid have you been getting in?  I only get 40 oz on a good day.

I was told calcium build up causes the stones I usually drink plenty of water but the stones make me stick to my stomach and couldn't.t eat or drink.
