These sound good!!
A helpful FYI: Make sure you keep the flax meal in the fridge or freezer -flax goes rancid easily. If you buy it whole it should stay fresh longer and once opened should also be stored in the fridge or freezer. You can grind it in a coffee grinder whenever you need some!
I made a version of Shari's otter bars and they were good - I will make a version of these too for sure (I say "a version" because I always change recipes as I go!)
