I would like to know, how many of you use the all in one vitamin wafers from Dr. Pohl's office?  Do you take anything else with it?  I'm trying to decide if I should buy them or if other vitamins are better.  Any recommendations?   Thanks,  Marcia

I use them.  I like them.  They are orange flavor.  I use that and Biotin and have been on vitamin D ( per Dr. Giovanni).  But I found all the vitamin stuff so  complicated that I decided to go the easy route and buy that first while I am learning how to live as a bypass person.  I see Dr. G for my follow up (3 month) and see what my blood work says and will make adjustsments then.  I like the  K.I.S.S method (Keep It Simple Stupid)  LOL           Eldy

i decided to use dr. pohl's vits becase there is no need to take iron or calcim with those as they have enough. i may change that later but right now just wanted to tae what seemed like the easiest way.  they taste tolerable and are easily digested.

I do the OptiSource from Dr. Pohl's office - you can also buy them at Walgreens for about the same price.  I was doing Viactive & 2 Flinstones for awhile (went through a period where I couldn't stand the taste of anything orange flavored) but them I ripped off a crown from the viactive and went back to optisource.
