I'm banded!

I'm finally banded!  Went in at 10:45, surgery was from about 12:30-1:15, went home around 4:30.  Very sore, but I can deal with that.  I just feel this awful pressure I think where the band is, hopefully that will go away!  But i'm thrilled, it still seems a bit surreal to me.  Thanks everyone for all your support!  Liquid diet here we go!

Great news, Jessica!  Glad to hear that there is just minor discomfort.

Keep drinking/sipping and watch that weight melt away.
