OT time change

ok   I have a question...    Is there a way to change the time on this website?  All the posts seem to be on Pacific time.  It makes me crazy.  But I can't figure out how to change it to Eastern time.  Any ideas?  The time for my computer is correct.  Just so you know.  Thanks!  Eldy
