Protein Drink
Wanted to share this with ya'll...
I went to GNC yesterday and was talking to the guy there, he recommended a protein powder to me... I was skeptical because I'm not a huge fan of them... he told me that anything there can be returned if you don't like it. Anyway.... I LOVED it!!!!
60 grams of protein and 2 grams of sugar... clerk stated that this protein absorbs very easily and is a much thinner consistancy than most protein shakes (which I really liked).

I'd like to hear any of your opinions on this

I have been using GNC's 100%whey for months now and like it as well. I have tried most of their flavors and have found them all to be pretty good. I have found many of the others chalky and didn't care for them. I had Dr. Pohl take a look at the nutrtion info and a nutrtionist and they both felt it was a good option as it is 20g of protein and very low carb. Just be sure to take vitamins if using for an extended period as it is not supplying the vitamins that you need.
I like their return policy's if something does not work for you and the gold membership they offer is great if you buy enough. I was on the liquid diet for several months so between that and vitamins have made good use of the discounts offered the first few day's of the month.
They also have good protein bars including the much reviewed Oh Yeah bars in single and multi packs.
Good luck!
