 I am sorry to hear about the loss of your brother.  Your brother sounds a lot like my ex husband.  The bottle took over and won.  Unfortunately my children grew up with an absent father.  He too was in vietnam.  You are doing great with your weight loss. Keep up the good work!

Chris ~ Hello.  Sorry to hear about your brother's passing.  Such things can really shake life up for us.  Pre-surgery we may have turned to food when such a thing would happen and now we're challenged with finding new tools for coping.  You should be so proud you've been able to take care of you through this and keep on the getting healthy road.
