How are things going? How is it being back to work? Where are you in your eating? I've been given the green light for everything and have been doing well. There are some things I haven't tried yet, like chicken and beef, but I'm keeping down bread and raw fruits/veggies. Just wondering how things are going for you?

Getting back to work was an adjustment, but I'm getting thru it...I joined curves and started last week, so that is good.(I'm still fat!!!!!!) but working on it...
I have not tried raw veggies or salad yet, I did try bread with no problem and I am sticking with my refried beans, chilli, eggs, greek yogurt and soups.. I had Salmon tonight and it seems to be better then the last time I tried it...lets hope . I also haven't tried chicken or beef yet either...
I am feeling pretty good, down 43 pounds pre-surgery, but it seems like I am losing from my waist up LOL... when is my ass going to stop following me.????

I know what you mean about still being fat!!! I lost 48lbs so far and think I should be skinny already! WTF! You'd think we put this weight on overnight! I'm not exercising as much as I should but I'm getting it in where I can. It's about a 10 minute walk to and from my car at work so I do that every day. Also I do some light weight lifting and some yoga. Hopefully when it stops raining long enough I'll get my lazy butt up and try to rollerblade! (That should be a funny sight!)
I'm all middle so I'm dying to see the belly shrink! People tell me all the time that they notice and especially in my face. Who cares about my face! I wanna see my toes again! Haha!
