Hi All.  One year ago today I was in the OR changing my life forever.  I have come so far, but still have a way to go to get to my goal.  It has been a slow process for me, but this is always the way I have lost weight.  I am down 90 pounds and still want to lose another 31.  I am so glad I have taken this step.  Each day I see so many changes in myself and really feel like a new person.

I want to thank everyone who has been there to help me and give great advice.  I do not post very often, but read everyday and get so much out of the advice that is given on this site.

Thanks a ton,
Amy
