Im confused...
I totally understand and believe in the old saying "kill'em with kindness", I always make it a point to be pleasant to everyone that I speak to. I know that Dr. G is a great surgeon and I really appreciate you taking the time to answer my question and I wouldn't take anything you have to say the wrong way because you seem to be direct, honest and up-front. I thank you for taking the time to answer my questions.
I agree with Eldy..I have Dr Roye but let me tell you....I cring when I have to call because the person who answers the phone can be nasty!! I think GOOD SURGEONS are very busy and all the bull work is handled by there office staff so that's why the come across as Grumpy, short and flat out RUDE!! Hang in there and it is true..Same office staff!!!

I had my gastric bypass on 3/31/09 and I must say Dr.G is excellent, but dont get me started with that office staff.... I have not ONE good thing to say about them, being Kind does NOT always work they are overworked I know... believe me and under staffed but get out of the medical field if you cant be kind or helpful to patients who have had major surgery and are scared and need questions answered.... I have not called that office back since my 2 week check up and wont unless I really really need too... I get my answers from this web site from people who are going thru the same things we are... I cant say enough about the people on this web site being sooooo helpful....
