I'm still fat! WTF?!!!
Robyn:
I hear ya, my tops are getting big but my pants are the same, I am feeling better and better but I dont feel like I've lost that much weight. I start curves on Monday, so hopefully this will kick start the weight melt off....
I think you will start feeling better within a month or so. How are you feeling since going back to work? Still tired?
Chris

I'm feeling better this week. It's good to be back in a routine and I think it's upped my weight loss a little too. 3lbs in 3 days, which is nice. I'm tired today but I seriously think it's the weather! Yuck! I hate this rain!
I think I'm one of those people who needs to see huge results before I can be happy with myself. I mean, 42lbs is nothing to sneeze at and I should be happy with it! I guess 42lbs ago I wouldn't have been weeding at all, I'd be laying or sitting on my ass, so I should look at that as a positive. Have you started back to work yet? How are you feeling?

Robyn,
42 lbs is nothing to sneeze at! That's a great amount of weight; almost 1/3 of to-your-goal weight is gone! That's an average size of a 3 year old toddler. Pick one up and carry them around for an hour. Then see how you feel!!
We didn't get this way overnight and we can't expect to lose the weight overnight. (that's my mantra lately...so I don't become to hard on myself) Maybe try gardening in planters and pots that you don't have to bend over to weed? Then plan on making that garden perfect next summer when you'll have hit your goal.
Congrats on the weight loss and good luck on continuing!

Robyn,
I start work on MOnday and I have to tell you I cant wait, I've been out of work for a month, and all I do is shop weather its at a grocery store or the Mall, I'm bored.....I still feel a little tired but no complaints... I'm down 31 pounds so i guess that is good but like you I would love to see results immediately... YOu are doing awesome...
