Chris ~ Hello.  Isn't it amazing how quickly we feel the effects of WLS?  In terms of the yogurt -- it isn't unusual for our tastes to change.  Have you tried the Greek yogurt?  It's kind of plain on it's own but you can mix in a flavored protein powder, some sugar-free/fat-free pudding or one of the many sugar-free syrups.  Thrilled to hear you're feeling good.

Hi Chris!

You may love yogurt next week. That's a strange thing about this surgery, tastes seem to change from day-to-day, week-to-week. But, like Sandy said, there is so much you can do with yogurt! Even cook with it!

I love my plain, fat free Greek Fage or Chobani yogurt mixed with Splenda and Apple Pie Spice. It's OMG dee-lish! What a perfect snack (or meal when you're early out from surgery).

I can't wait to see what happens with the Football draft! We do weekly football picks during football season! I loves me some football! Die hard fan here!

 Go Yankees!

Not much of a baseball watcher but I grew up watchin' the Yankees and have stuck with them in my heart since then....High Five Romeo!!!

Have a great weekend!

Jules
