I am bored!!! What are you all eating?

So I've been eating the same types of things for the last few weeks:
cottage cheese
cheese sticks
ham salad
tuna salad
ham and cheese roll ups

that's basically it. I want to get in protein without many calories. I want to try some new things but am not sure of what else to try. I'm not into potatoes right now because they don't give me the protein I need. I was wondering if people would mind sharing things that they are eating to give me some new ideas. Also, what are the calorie amounts? I am 4 weeks out today and won't see my NUT till the 28th. I was wondering if there is a specific number of calories we should be consuming daily. I don't want to be over or under.

also I tried edamame and it sat well so that's an option for me...

how about some refried beans with shredded low fat cheese on top, this is good stuff if you like beans...

This is what I made today and it was awesome:

Small cooked shrimp

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 teasponn of "Old Bay Seasoning"

Low fat Mayo
1/2 lemon squeezed.

Put this is a blender or food processor and I put it over a small piece of wheat wrap ,yummy...I plan on heading to the beach this weekend and this is what I'm packing...
