I had a great day walking 7 miles through Southwicks zoo in Mass today! Just got back from an exciting day at the zoo! I have never been to this zoo before and let me tell u, it blows Roger Williams zoo away! I love the 25 acre deer forest where I saw and fed so many deer! I had a deer follow me through the 2 mile trail! I do not post on here much but i am 2 and ahalf yrs out and lost a total of 130 pounds total! I have since gained 20 pounds back over the course of the yr. I have since reconnected with my nutrionist and lost 10 pounds so far! So I am a little more happier, now that I am back on the mindset of watching what I eat! Im happy to see all the new people doing well with there weight loss and there journeys! Hope u all have a great night!

HI Shannon,
Nice to have you back with us. That zoo is awsome I think the last time I was there was when I was in grammer school.AHHH..LOL.. I will need to go check it out again I love deer forest they are really sweet animals. I know what you mean about getting back to the grind I am 4 and 1/2 years out and am going through another rough patch but let me tell you when this happens you always seem to come out better than you were before. If you need anything or have any questions please dont hesitate..:)
Take care--

Hi Shannon!

I've missed seeing you here! Welcome back home!

I've never been to either zoo. Yes, I live in RI and have never been to RW zoo. I'll go this summer with my grandkids.

What a great thing that you are back on track!!!! We can all learn so much from your experiences on how you got to where you are and where you're heading now.

I have to congratulate you on your humility to admit that you've gone off track and are back on track before it gets completely out-of-hand!

You're AWESOME!

Shannon ,
Wecome back.  I have been to the zoo in RI but not in Mass Hey all we should plan a trip to all go to  see the deer.  That would be cool. Plus think all the walking we will be doing.  Nice weather coming  sound like a plan is you ask me.

Lisa
